This is a very disappointing situation. I started to seek a fee quote from Go Nova on minor bathroom renovation tasks in Aug 25, and I paid initial 50% fee of £561 to Go Nova on 8 Sept. Since then, there is no one working on my tasks nor anyone showing up. Our last interaction was on 29 Sept when they agreed to send someone for the measurements. But after that, nothing happened. I have been trying to contact them via calls and WhatsApp messages, and no one ever responded to me! Is it a trap?
