Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with Hyperlinks Media. While their sales team is strong and local, the rest of the business is outsourced (not as advertised). They did not deliver on expectations or deadlines. They did not meet the deliverables; we provided material different ways and in different formats, and the end product did not have it – for example, on our “Contact Us” page, it goes to Hyperlinks Media, not us. There were numerous grammatical errors that we caught after we submitted them without error. Our bios, which we provided, were never uploaded. The logo they created for us, was cut off on our website… it was just overall a very negative experience.
