I just want to commend the pharmacy staff for their efficiency. I visited after work on Tuesday and they had a line of 5-6 cars plus at least 6 people in the in-store line. The employees were efficient in moving people through the line and were helpful when a miscommunication resulted in one of my prescriptions not being filled.

Hy vee is usually a very good place to go for your meds. Today I met Jeff! You all need to rethink having him around your customers. What a rude jerk. Literally verbally attacking me for nothing! If I see him at the counter again, I will just leave and come back another day. I don't need grief for him!
