I Hotel & Illinois Conference Center

The most incredible stay in Champaign!! I'm pretty particular so take that when reading. I've stayed @ 3 others which were super disappointing, so glad I found this hotel. Everything here was amazing! The hotel staff, restaurant staff & housekeeping...had interaction with all & all were helpful, caring & professional. Great outside area for lunch with fire tables for late drinks. & the breakfast was above & beyond the typical 'free breakfast', we had delicious breakfast burritos that were warm & the perfect size! Room was clean & exceptional with Starbucks coffee & super soft robes. Plus Alexa played my jam in my room 😅😅😅.

I had a wonderful spa experience with Julia. I got a 60-minute massage with an additional 15-minute face and scalp massage (absolutely add this on to your experience — it was so relaxing!!!) She is available for appointments whether or not you are staying at the I Hotel. Julia is extremely nice and provided great customer service throughout the entirety of my appointment, allowing me to pick the oil scent, asking if I had any areas I'd like her to focus on, and checking in to see if I was comfortable and liked the massage pressure, etc. I have tried a variety of spas, locally here in C-U and others while on vacations, and I can say this massage was up there among my favorites. I look forward to scheduling my next one with her! She also mentioned that she will be providing facials soon, for which I'll definitely book an appointment with her! Keep Julia in mind for your next spa experience.

Great hotel on the edge of U of I’s campus, very near the school of veterinary medicine. Didn’t have a reservation but staff was kind and accommodating in finding my coworker & I 2 rooms across from each other. Hotel is beautiful, clean and modern! Rooms are spacious and bed very comfortable! Will definitely stay here on any trips back to Champaign!
