Choosing IBC and Baskar Sir as my tutor was one of the best decisions I've taken. Worst medical services! They are extremely unprofessional and casual about their approach regarding clients and their needs. I had tried to book my PALs recertification with them but after making the payment, they did not provide any update or confirmation regarding the class after they received the payment. I had to message and call them several times. They also tried to book me for a later date without notifying me about slot unavailability beforehand. No update was given regarding refund of my money either. I would definitely discourage anyone from booking any kind of services from them.

Worst service ever I book course with them they delay the course than cancel completely I have been trying to get refund every time they say it will come it will be send the account is working on it and they been trying make me forget about it so they would have to give the refund don’t book anything with them they are the worse I still waiting for my refund for more than 3 month now I will upload pic of conversation later on
