Every time I go to this location and order a double jumbo jack , it is made differently with different sauces and veggies. About 10 minutes ago I ordered my burger received.My burger made incorrectly after ordering with no onions.It came with onions and like triple mustard.Even though I didn't order extra mustard no ketchup no mayo no pickles to my surprise. Went\nBack through the drive through an express that I would like my pickles , my ketchup , my mayonnaise , and less mustard and no onions like the receipt says was asked to pull around and park behind 2 cars.Which I did when I finally received my burger the second time.It was made the exact same way as the first time with no pickles no catch up. Like how hard is it? Then I'm an hangry cause you can't follow a screen, in my book three strikes, you're out!

Hey I had came in Friday afternoon for lunch but when I had walk in the lobby everything was nice and clean but the workers had a attitude adjustment, It was just young kids not wanting to take orders so then they made me order on the screen, then another family walk in and got told same and just standing with us waiting so they took are order and they took it well the young girl but the they was busy but there was no need to be waiting 17 mins for 2 monsters tacos and a munchie meal they food was great you just need to work on your workers behavior.

The staff here are Terrible Workers. I will Never Never Eat here. It's gross 🤢 inside and I don't like surprises when it comes to my food. There's Way to many weird and nasty people that come inside here. Some crazy weird stuff like straight off tiktok. The employees are mostly young folks that don't care about they're job, the restaurant or your food. I sat back and watched them make my food and it was disgusting. Stop touching the register with your cooking gloves. The cook stuck his hands in his pocket and then touched my food. Ugh. I lost my appetite. Hey manager you need a whole new crew. Because the people here now are nasty and don't make anything right. And, over the years, this place is just Nasty and Ruined. Clean it up or shut it down. I won't be back. I'm going to the Jack in the crack by Tinker Air Force Base. Better be careful folks.

It wasn't really that cleanly and soda machine only had like three options available. On top of that there was no ice and it took them absolutely forever. Give us ice in our cups. However, the food was pretty good but it did take about 15 minutes to get.
