Customer experiences
I had a great experience buying my first initial time. The sale was buy 3 get 3 free. When I had things that I wanted to exchange for something different (unopened) I asked the lady if we can exchange she said yes, me and my mom brought up 2 clips the same price as the 2 things I wanted to return. She rang the return through first (I assumed that she would return then ring up our exchanges). Then she proceeded to ring through the 2 items I wanted to exchange for FULL PRICE. I asked her shouldn’t we get these things for the price we bought our items we exchanged it for? She said no you will have to buy 4 more things for the buy 3 get 3 free which makes absolutely no sense if we are doing an EXCHANGE. Why would we have to buy our things for full price if we are doing an exchange? She switched it up by saying that they don’t do refunds only exchange when I clearly asked if they do exchanges. The other staff are lovely my experience of the weekend was great. The employee that tried to get us to pay full price again needs training in sales because lying and not doing things the correct way is unacceptable.
I took my 6 year to Icing to have her ears pierced recently after being turned away from a Tattoo/Piercing studio because she was under the age of 10 (totally understandable). I’m so glad we did because Laurel and Diane, the assistant manager and manager, were so helpful, professional, and made my daughter feel very comfortable! Everything was explained thoroughly regarding the process and aftercare and a proper consent form was required. They took their time with the placement of the piercing and made sure my daughter was completely ready!
So I went into this store today to get my ears pierced. I chose the stone I wanted in 2 minutes and told the assistance where on my ear I wanted it pierced. Assistant noted it with a marker and checked to see if it was aligned properly on both ears, and so on. When she pierced it, she replied, "Oh, sorry, it's a wrong earring," as someone may have placed the wrong earring in the box you chose. I got shocked since what appeared on my ear after the piercing was not anything I liked. After then, the GREAT manager entered the picture. She was not at all sorry for the mistake, and she even said it was no big issue that we pierced the wrong earring. And again, she told me that I needed to decide quickly what I wanted to do (like retain it even if I didn't like it or remove it and go with none as if nothing had happened) because there were other customers waiting after me. That manager is really nuts. She never apologized once throughout the episode, and she even acted as if she was doing me a favor. I will definitely not suggest this store for piercings. Save yourself from such irritating and unprofessional service and from such a rude manager. The earring which I selected was for $105 + tax and the one she pierced on my ear is for $98+tax. I don't know what fraud is going on there and even the product what I got is of 14 ct got or not.
I was in just over a month ago looking for a bracelet and earrings to wear for a wedding I was in. I believe the girl working there was named Savanah. She did an outstanding job and was so helpful! I was so impressed! I wanted to call to rave about how great she was but it slipped my mind shortly after so I thought I would do a google review now instead. I haven’t had that great of customer service in a long time and she absolutely deserves a raise and all praise for what a great employee she is. I hope I have her name correct. If I do, thanks again Savanah for your help that day! The gold bracelet I bought worked perfectly!
