iClinic Atlanta Immigration Physicals

I have gone to AllCare for many years now, in which they used to be a good option for medical care: professional, willing to do good through work--but many times now, they only provide very basic services, seem to have adopted the "quantity over quality" business approach; have had multiple experiences with paperwork taking multiple days to get done, often times with a seperate co-pay; refer to a seperate blood/bodily fluids business for any testing besides nasal/oral swabs or sometime urinalysis. Additionally, in my most recent experience, I was treated in a suspicious way, that made it seem like I was a "junkie" looking for pills; when all I wanted to do was get better, heal properly after dealing with a sickness on my own for about 5 days. With this, I no longer recommend AllCare to friends or neighbors.

I have never left a negative review, for anything. This care facility proved to be a very frustrating experience. I was referred to them for a simple pre-op approval for rotator cuff surgery. After countless back and forth, I finally got an apt booked. Although, not at my desired location, but 10 miles away. Fine. I confirmed my apt (which I had already received a text and email response) that it was set. I completed all the pre appointment forms on line. Another confirmation was received and all was set for my 15 minute appointment. The night before my apt, at 8:00 PM, they called to advise the doctor I was scheduled with, was not seeing new patients. What? They rescheduled me to another location, now 25 miles away. They called the next day to report that doctor was not comfortable (?) doing a Pre Op authorization. This combined with numerous calls, phone wait times, misinformation, last minute changes, compelled me to make this review. I called Piedmont Primary Care, a three minute walk from my home. They saw me same day. In and out within 15 minutes with my pre-op approval. Avoid this place. Too many options for these services. The staff is sloppy and annoying. If it was not so important, it would have been comical.

Do not go here!!!!! Holy crap I do not know who's doing their admin stuff but they are actually horrible. I went to urgent care because it turns out I had mono and they only did a rapid COVID and flu test (which I had already done at home!) and barely anything else. Then they just let me leave. It would have saved me so much money if they had bothered to do a mono test but they didn't. My bigger issue is after the walk in appointment, I got an email saying that I was automatically scheduled for an appointment in the middle of July that I'm glad I actually saw because if I didn't I'm sure they would have charged me cancellation fees (even though I never agreed to a follow up appointment -- plus it was for a physical??). And then today, over a month and a half after my initial appointment I get an email saying my "results" are ready (they weren't). Like why am I still being harassed by them? Can they leave me alone? Also their online portal is useless and I'm trying to find my billing information and it just says nothing so I don't get what's going on. Absolutely unprofessional and disorganized.
