⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Feras is an exceptional dentist. He is skilled, honest, and truly cares about his patients. I live in Los Angeles and I travel all the way to Visalia just to see him — that alone should say everything. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes every visit comfortable. I wouldn’t trust my teeth to anyone else. Highly, highly recommend.

If there is one word to describe Doctor it would be perfectionist. I’m thankful he was able to help me recover my smile and confidence. The staff is really friendly and professional, I always felt at home here. There is a cool massage chair that is accessible to the patients, there is also a parking in the back of the building. I highly recommend this dental office and will be returning for future treatments.

Felt dismissed and unheard I came to this office hoping to explore composite bonding for a small gap between my front teeth, something I've felt self-conscious about for years. I knew this would be out of pocket and not covered by insurance, but I was willing to invest because I hoped this could help me feel more confident in my smile. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the most disappointing and disheartening experiences I've ever had at a dental office. I paid $130 just for a quick exam and a few minutes with the dentist, who immediately shut down the idea of bonding. He said he didn't want to "make my front teeth look too big". I asked for a mock-up to at least visualize the results before making a final decision (something very common in cosmetic dentistry). However, he refused and told me that even if I liked the mock-up, he still wouldn't perform the procedure. There was no detailed explanation or willingness to listen to my concerns. It felt like he had already made up his mind before even speaking to me. I understand that not every case is right for every procedure, but the complete lack of collaboration, reassurance, or professional guidance made this feel like a waste of time and money. I left feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously at all. If you're seeking cosmetic dentistry from someone who actually listens, collaborates, and supports your aesthetic goals, this is not the place. I left feeling unheard and worse about myself than when I walked in.

The entire staff was great! Everyone really put me at ease from my first call to scheduling my follow up appointments. Dr. Feras Al Rezk was extremely thoughtful and thorough. I appreciate how he took the time to explain all of my options and helped me make decisions regarding my care that were in my best interest.
