I am a nerve's patient , but the clinician Hana was just nice and made me at ease. Did a Good job and very constructive advice. My next visit will be in few months and will recommend Hatfield Iconic smiles to anyone seeking help. Dr Bogdan also was a very talented Dentist who worked on my issue. He made me at ease. Thank you Doc. Cannot forget the front desk ladies who is courteous and helpful.

I like this team - dentist and nurse, even the room; I was instantly relaxed when I went in. It’s smelt great, it was warm, there was something pleasant to look at on the screen. The nurse was very friendly and attentive; she actually took my focus away from the dentist chair which hasn’t happened before (thank you) usually my eyes are locked locked in on it - I hate going to the dentist. It was my first time seeing Dr Bezuhanet, I felt comfortable, he advised me accordingly after my checks and observations. I can’t believe how relaxed I was, I’m usually tense after. Looks like the kiddies room can be very plus for us nervous adults too.

This should be a 5star review based on booking appointment, visiting practice and being met by lovely reception. Dentist absolutely fabulous, really made me feel at ease, talked through everything and professional advice for follow up. All this 5 stars. However, had cause to call practice later in the day and the person who answered the phone could not have been more unhelpful and was actually quite rude. Complete shock and made me feel quite stupid. Actually made me rethink a further visit.
