I’ve NEVER left a review of a place before and I wasn’t even planning to before this interaction I had over at the Adidas store at Markville mall. I came to a bunch of stores on a whim looking for a gift for my mom’s birthday. The dude working there, named Glenn was so helpful and it felt like he genuinely CARED about finding something for me. He asked questions about her taste, general style preferences, etc. he gave great recommendations and I ended up getting her a top, bottom and shoes. I’ve worked in that mall during my younger years, so I know all about retail, that young man was great! I’ll definitely be back and I’ll look for him for any help !

Never trust this store, 0 customer service. I just almost 3 weeks ago got the walking shows from this location for my travel on turkey, the first day I found out this shows has problem so after I finished my trip I came back to store to exchange it, but first, the gentleman here who was on charge asked me to call customer service hahaha, he didn’t know before I come here I have already been on the phone with them for an hour and they asked me to go to store for exchange and when I come back here they told me to call customer service we can’t change it!!! Don’t buy Adidas if you buying don’t buy from here…
