Tucked away on the south west corner of Bay and College is a pharmacy that offers exceptional service, especially for prescriptions. Mark and his team are extremely helpful. When I say “extremely” I am not exaggerating as they will go the extra mile to help you navigate any issues you have with insurance coverage. I am so grateful for their help as my husband had some issues with insurance coverage for his prescription. They called the insurance company for clarification and facilitated the claim for us. Mark also was kind enough to provide a demonstration on how to use the device when we picked it up. Again, something that was not necessary, but that’s how they roll here. You will feel well taken care of and appreciated.

Gave me the wrong prescription, and when I asked why the name of the medicine was different they told me it was a “no name brand” of the same medicine. next time I came in for a refill they told me they actually gave me the wrong medication and made me sign a paper (probably to protect them from getting sued) if I wanted to get my refill. Also their service was so bad.

I love their service and the staff too so kind and friendly and understanding . Too I thank you . for your service at IDA Pharmacy . Every time I go there and I feel very welcome also . thank you for my being patient with me. Even when I leave and I go back, have questions cause I forgot to ask when I was there the first time .
