It's been less than an hour, (at the time of this review) and I've already switched from my old pharmacy and am now, thanks to George and Lori, getting the details of me and mine's medication sorted out. Very fast, precise and quality service right out of the gate!

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for approximately 10-12 years. The pharmacists are George & Lori. George is a very funny, good hearted guy and is very knowledgeable on what he does. He cares for all patients that come in. You can tell he loves what he does for a living. It’s very nice to have a pharmacist you can trust. He is also very straightforward and if he believes an alternative to be better, I trust him 1000%. He is looking out for his patients and that means a lot. You can ask him anything with no hesitation or feeling embarrassed. He makes things comfortable, so you can ask away. Lori is also a very nice, knowledgeable lady and working along side George makes them a great team. I apologize I can’t remember the name of the pharmacy technician but she’s amazing as well. I always leave feeling confident as I have a lot of medications that I take and some complicated health issues. I wouldn’t go to any other pharmacy. The pharmacy is transitioning into a walk in clinic as well, so a quarter of the space is being renovated to accommodate the walk in clinic. One stop shop, great idea. The whole IDA team is worth giving them a shot. You won’t regret it. An amazing addition to the Burlington community. I hope they continue to grow their customer base because they deserve it.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. Every single member of their staff is super friendly and happy to help in any way that they can - they actually go the extra mile for their patients and even take the time to learn their names. I used to worry a lot about medications but I finally feel like I have a pharmacist that I can trust and go to with any concerns. Thank you so much IDA team for always being there for your patients and just being the best kind of humans. You are so appreciated.
