Monsieur Simon is always kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He takes the time to answer my questions and has even arranged medication drop-offs when I couldn’t make it to the store. It means so much to know that he offers services in both French and English, especially for my mother, who now fully understands her medication instructions. I’m truly grateful knowing that both my mom’s health and my own are in such caring hands. Monsieur Simon will go above and beyond to serve your needs so I highly recommend his services!

Two years ago, my partner and I moved to the Oshawa area mainly because of the location to his oncology team at Lake Ridge Hospital. With the plethora amounts of medication, I was struggling to make sense of what meds my partner should take and when. Simon went through every medication with my partner and I & created a spreadsheet so that we knew what meds he was to take throughout the day, if they were to be taken with meals etc. He continues to go over and above his responsibilities as a pharmacist and I couldn’t appreciate him any more than I already do. My partner has since passed away and I moved to Whitby but Simon is still my pharmacist; that won’t change. When I go by to get my prescription filled, it’s like visiting an old dear friend. He always makes time to see how I’m doing and I am forever grateful for him, the service he provides to the community & for the blessed human that he is! 🙏🙏

Tuesday May 13/2025 I needed this certain product and many pharmacies did not have. So I was looking on line ( different pharmacies) and by luck called this Faith Pharmacy on Bond street Oshawa The Pharmacist had this product and was very helpful & kind on phone and gave me directions to his pharmacy... Once arrived he had this product ready for me....I very much appreciated him ... Very Nice Pharmacist & Pharmacy!!! Thank You !!!
