Incredible Pharmacy and now has become my go to! Pharmacist and the staff are all incredible and such kind people. You can definitely tell they genuinely care about their patients and their wellbeing. :) 10/10 recommend.

Monsieur Simon is always kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He takes the time to answer my questions and has even arranged medication drop-offs when I couldn’t make it to the store. It means so much to know that he offers services in both French and English, especially for my mother, who now fully understands her medication instructions. I’m truly grateful knowing that both my mom’s health and my own are in such caring hands. Monsieur Simon will go above and beyond to serve your needs so I highly recommend his services!

Two years ago, my partner and I moved to the Oshawa area mainly because of the location to his oncology team at Lake Ridge Hospital. With the plethora amounts of medication, I was struggling to make sense of what meds my partner should take and when. Simon went through every medication with my partner and I & created a spreadsheet so that we knew what meds he was to take throughout the day, if they were to be taken with meals etc. He continues to go over and above his responsibilities as a pharmacist and I couldn’t appreciate him any more than I already do. My partner has since passed away and I moved to Whitby but Simon is still my pharmacist; that won’t change. When I go by to get my prescription filled, it’s like visiting an old dear friend. He always makes time to see how I’m doing and I am forever grateful for him, the service he provides to the community & for the blessed human that he is! 🙏🙏
