I had been coming here for several years, but I will not return. I had a disappointing experience. I always purchase my birth control pills here. Last month, while my MSP was expired and awaiting renewal, my private insurance covered the medication, so I bought it. Right after left store, they called me saying I still have to pay for my prescription fee because my MSP had expired. Why tell me after the purchase? If they had informed me beforehand, I could have simply waited two weeks for my MSP renewal. I am very disappointed with their lack of clear communication.

I have such a hard time with communication with this pharmacy. Very rude by cutting me off while I am talking, then tells me I am not listening. He does not care to listen or help. I get cut off during calls and have been hung up on before. I do not feel heard and it is very discouraging to seek help with my prescriptions... Ideal makes me feel like such an inconvenience. Not a good feeling. The guy pharmacist needs to be educated with customer service and compassion for his position of work.
