Everyone was very helpful. I had issues setting an appointment up online and the front desk person was very helpful in getting me set up. It didn’t take long to be seen and there staff was knowledgeable and kind to my needs. Everyone had great personalities. Would go again.

I went in first thing on Friday morning to be tested for my illness and was expecting to be seen first thing as no one was there at 8:05am. I sat there until a second person came. We waited until 8:28am before anyone came to call their first patient. I expected myself because I was there first. That was not the case. When I asked the lady upfront if the other lady had an appointment she said no and I was like why did she get called back before me? I wasn’t trying to be petty but I came early to be first for a reason. My 6 month old was waiting at home for me and I couldn’t wait for an hr like I have in the past. I immediately asked for a refund but the front desk said the manager was the only one who could authorize that. She told me the manager worked from Monday-Thursday generally and from 1-5pm. I called back that same day to speak to the manager and was told she hadn’t made an appearance yet but they would work on my refund and to call back Monday. I have called back today and was told that they never know when the manager comes and she was not present and for me to leave a message. When I asked more details about the managers schedule the person on the phone refused to give me any information and refused to even tell me her name saying that the manager did not like to disclose that information but they would call me. I feel very enraged at this point with how I have been treated and think these employees should be reprimanded for their lack of professionalism and care to the patients. I hope the establishment as a whole is better than how they depicted the company.

Stung in the eyelid by a wasp the day before. Just walked in the next morning, no appointment. Friendly greeting when I arrived. Then scanned the QR code and entered my relevant information and waited a few minutes. Intake, exam and steroid shot went smoothly and I was in and out of there with a prescription in about 30 mins. And my insurance covered it with a small copay. Entirely satisfactory and would definitely go back but hope I don’t have to.
