THANK YOU, IDEAL ROOFING!!! Back in late September, the KPFC Building in Frankfort took a hit - a one-two punch from the effects of Hurricane Helene, to be exact - causing both interior and exterior damage. We were so grateful that no one was hurt, but we were also challenged by ongoing leaks, safety concerns, and risks associated with exposure to the elements. In late November, we received one of the biggest Thanksgiving blessings of all...Marc Wood and his crew from Ideal Roofing literally worked from sun up to sun down (and then some!) to replace our roof. And we must say, she's an absolute beauty!!! Here's to everyone who helped make us through the leaks, trials, and tribulations for two months, and here's to the Ideal Roofing team for their countless hours dedicated to getting this done before the snow and cold weather set in!

Contacted Ideal Roofing for minor roof repair on March 19. James came out to look on the 20th. He said no job is too small. Roofer was supposed to come out on April 1st for a materials list. Never showed. Contacted on April 21 saying that roofer was coming out April 22 or 23rd. Never showed. I contacted James on June 4th saying I cant wait anymore. He apologized and said he could take care of it the following week. Contacted me on June 12th saying roofer will be there on the 13th. Roofer came out on the 13th (at about 6:00pm) and took pictures on the roof. Was contacted on June 16 with suggestions on what need to be fixed. I asked for a price. It is now July 8th and I have yet to her back. I have emails to back up each and every comment that I summarize here. It may well be that this place is the best in the world at replacing and/or repairing roofs - I will never know. I hope your experiences are more in line with all the 5 star reviews.

Matt with Ideal roofing was professional and easy to work with. They sent someone quickly to inspect our roof and made the repair while they were here. Honest, great service with no hassle. Highly recommend!
