Do not buy from these people. Myself and other friends have been sold fakes by these people. STAY FAR AWAY. Plenty of other Legit distributors to buy from.

I don’t understand how they actually manage to sell anything! It is ridiculous how absent their sales/customer service is! They have a fully functional website and a telegram channel, but theres no actual way to talk to them or purchase anything without emailing them and when you email them, no one ever responds! If by some miracle someone does write back, it is literally weeks later to tell you that the product you wanted is already sold or is somehow else unavailable! The only time I was able to purchase anything from this company was when there was a purchasable listing on their website and I was able to place an order without the involvement of whoever runs this circus show! The individual who sends out messages on their telegram channels, acts as if it’s him personal blog… They do have some decent deals every so often, but there’s no way to actually purchase any product…

Great experience! I have ordered from JNI wholesale several times over the past three years and have been very pleased with everything about JNI. My orders always arrived quick. Everything is always packed with care. No broken bottles, no leakage...packed perfectly. My orders are always complete and correct, never any surprises. Their products are always top of the line and priced fairly. I am a newish seller, growing rapidly...thanks to JNI offering what my customers want. The customer service is the best! My questions are always answered fast and friendly. I'll definitely be placing many more orders from these fine people. I have had a 5 star experience with each order.

Do not buy from these people. I and a few other I know were sold fake products. They themselves also know its fake because when I called them out, they didn't even try to argue it. Trust me, do NOT buy.

I have worked with many wholesalers and they are one of my favorites. Quick response time and shipments. I check their website almost daily now for new items.

So far I have had a great experience with JNI. They are prompt at responding to email questions and ship products efficiently. The new website is also much better. I would like to receive weekly updates of products via a spreadsheet so I ca quickly analyze.

I've been buying products from JNI for a month, I placed 5 orders until now, all of them was fast delivered, I'm really satisfied with the products, the attention received from costumer support (well, I have to admit that I disrespected some policies and they suport me, explaining everything and helping me adjust my orders to company policies). I recommend.

jniwholesale customer service is zero...not responding to emails, i have sent 5-6 emails not a single response. After check their reviews on google. I am relaxed that i saved my money not purchasing from this supplier.
