Very Disappointed with Customer Support I am extremely disappointed with Ideoversity's customer support. I tried reaching out on 2-3 different contact numbers, but most were either switched off or not responding. The only number that appeared online (Ms. Rimsha) did not bother to reply at all, despite seeing the messages. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional for an educational institute that claims to provide quality service. I am writing this as a formal complaint and will also be posting it as a Google Review so others are aware of how unresponsive your team is. Immediate action is required to improve your communication and customer support standards.

Best Digital marketing training institute in Lahore. I recently completed the Digital Marketing course at Ideoversity, and overall, it was a solid experience. The instructors knew their stuff — especially when it came to SEO, content strategy, and paid advertising. The best part was how practical the learning was. It wasn't just theory; we actually worked on real campaigns, got hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics dashboards. The environment was encouraging, and the support from mentors was a huge plus. That said, the pace could be a bit fast for beginners, so be ready to invest extra time outside of class. But if you're consistent, you'll definitely walk away with a strong foundation and some solid portfolio projects. Great for anyone serious about building a career in digital marketing — just be ready to put in the effort.

Special thanks to Sir Abdul Hanan and the institute ideoversity it was a great learning experience and a very memorable time. Learned alot and Sir Hanan is the best teacher ever who taught with passion and was even worried about us more than us. Sir helped alot not only with studies but with every project and every business we started and assisted in a best way possible. I wish to stay a lil longer with Sir Hanan but have best memories and best learning experience and i can proudly say that “I’m a digital marketing expert”.
