Great classes and instructors, with many different styles taught. the instructors emphasize the use of props (blocks, straps, etc.) to ease students progressively into more and more advanced postures. You're encouraged to follow the pace most comfortable to you. Highly recommended place. Oh yeah, free tea as well... :p

I completed my 200-hour YTT program here last summer, with Hart Lazer and Donna Read from United Yoga Montreal, as well as Marie-Josée Rioux. During this time, I took classes with Marie-Josée, Joanne and Alexandra. After moving to Laval, I was so happy to find a studio closer to home that focused heavily on safe practice and proper alignment. I was even happier when I was offered an opportunity to become a member of the teaching team! It is truly a privilege to work in an environment that places such high regard for the well-being and comfort of students, catering to all body types and levels of practice.

I've wanted to try Yoga for the longest but always felt intimidated by it. So I mad the jump and went to Centre Yoga Santé, considering it was right next door to my house and they had a free try out. I tried Hot Yoga and boy was I was not disappointed. Not only is the place welcoming, clean and rather large to accommodate enough people. The teacher Sabrina, was very clear (french) instruction, patient and calming despite the first time i made the positions. I've gone to Isabelle Level 1 hot Yoga, which was also very challenging but i left there feeling refreshing, full of energy and satisfied. I am currently still going and plan on as i am satisfied every time i go. I've tried the Hot Yin Yan as well which i enjoyed as well. Go try it out, you wont be disappointed. My only downside is i often book my session via MindBody app and at when i reach there, i still have to wait in the line up just for them to confirm my presence. They should implement a scanning system from smart phone similar to the members who have a card. But this isn't bad enough for me to remove a star. Keep up the great work!

Super clean studio with great instruction! Friendly, knowledgable, welcoming staff and lots of différent classes and workshops to choose from! Not to mention the boutique showcasing all sorts of gorgeous yogi jewellry, mats, towels and a selection of lululemon active wear. Feels like home! 💖💖💖
