I brought in my Mac after it wouldn’t turn on. Josh called me, was incredibly polite, and asked me to come in so he could take a closer look. He thoroughly inspected the laptop, cleaned the ports, ran diagnostics, and explained everything clearly. The repair and cleaning made a real difference. Great service — five stars!

Highly impressed with my first visit! For the longest, what I thought would be a tedious process ended up being a quick resolve thanks to IDope! There were able to clear some hidden junk files to allow me to successfully update my 2017 MacBook Air. Thank you again!

First visit was phenomenal work!! I got my battery changed in 5 minutes with the battery I provided no charge at all. Plus they were able to get a stripped screw out that I couldn't remove! Just to even get that done somewhere else I would've spent much more to get even that done. I wanted to tip the gentleman for a job well done but he told me to leave a review!👍👍 I'm forever grateful to have stopped by to get my Mac fixed by IDope this will be my go to place whenever I need repairs.
