Penston institute & consultancy may look polished on the outside, but the reality is far from it. The service is frustratingly slow, staff and counselors seem like unpaid interns, and their work is careless and unprofessional! Where HR even finds them?! There’s no responsibility, just constant delays and being ignored. They only share information when they think you’ll pay, but even then, it's misleading. Key details are hidden and by the time you realise the truth, it's too late! Their IELTS teachers don’t seem qualified and their teaching methods are outdated. They partner with unranked and low ranking foreign universities but use a white European face for marketing. A complete wasted time and a huge regret. Even more ridiculous is seeing Penston consultancy employees leaving 5stars reviews. How misleading!

Please get better staff. They don't pick up calls, doesn't help with consultation and very poor customer service
