Ifix and and repair at the Citrus Park Mall was extremely quick and professional. I was shocked How fast they were and the phone looks brand new in less than 10 minutes. They obviously know what they’re doing, and the prices are extremely reasonable!

BE AWARE! Absolutely terrible experience! I go in to get my screen that has been cracked for about 1.5 years now fixed. I was quoted $160 just for the front screen. I went ahead and got the screen replaced, then I ended up returning the very next day because the screen was not responding/ functioning anymore. So I brought it back in he told me that “it will be an extra $30 to get the better screen” I was fine with that like I told the guy as long as my phone is back in working condition. Paid the $30 left again and ended up coming back the very next day again for a third time. My phone suddenly went black and turned off that morning, over heating. So I brought it back in and he tells me my phone is hot and over heating and it’s my fault… when I work in the heat and sun everyday and I’ve never had this issue b4 I went to this shop with my broken screen that I’ve had for a year. So he says he will change the screen out free of charge. Okay fine. He changes the screen out, I go over to eat a Red Robin in the mall. Not even 10 minutes after walking out of the store part of my screen turn black again. So I go back to the store and the same man tries to tell me I dropped my phone and this and that… when I hadn’t even taken it out of my pocket till I got to the restaurant. He then proceeded to put my original cracked screen I’ve had cracked now for 1.5 years and put it back in and only refunds me $150 and says that “the rest is a service charge” this is terrible business and if you don’t know how to fix the issue then you should just admit that upfront and not try and steal innocent people money. My phone works better than any phone screen they put in my phone and it’s still cracked…. Quality is down the drain and you can barely understand the guy working. Poor service all around. Do better!

Not very helpful, didnt seem interested in doing repair. First they said couldn't do it, then said they'd look at it came back 20 min later and they said couldn't fix it. I don't think it was even looked at or touched and absolutely no help or recommendations on where or what to do to fix it. Seemed annoyed at my questions with repair. I was going to leave another device to be fixed but the vibe just felt wrong and I wasn't comfortable doing so. Worse customer service experience and interaction I've had.

Not really confident specialists work there. I had to spend 10 minutes convincing them that my phone was broken and not working as expected, but they kept telling me no, there was nothing wrong with the phone (no, it's not).
