I highly recommend this place for phone repairs. I brought in my phone with both the front and back cracked, and Hailey at the front desk made the whole process so easy. She was professional, welcoming, and kept me updated while it was being worked on. Eddy, the technician, did an excellent job. My phone looks brand new and was finished in under 2 hours, even on a busy day. Great customer service and quality work!

Amet is the best there is, hands down. He simply goes above and beyond to provide courteous, professional service with a smile. He is a friendly extremely knowledgeable great guy. I appreciate him being such a involved owner of his locations. Haley was also such a sweet, helpful very knowledgeable part of the team. They are extremely prompt and make sure your taken care of with top quality care. Highly recommend 👌!

I recently had my wife battery iphone 12 replaced . Battery health shows 79%. My wife said the phone was "acting up" and I thought it might be the battery (it was the charging cable). Since apple recommends renewing below 80% we had the battery replaced and agreed on a lower price than that shown in their computer which $129 for this model. I requested the old battery back and the sales person insisted that they keep the battery as it is returned to apple which I believe is BS. That battery as well as the phone belongs to me. I was in a hurry so I caved but thinking about it I did some research and I see similar batteries in the 70% health status being sold on ebay. I wonder where they come from? I am able to fix electronics and after ios 18 my understanding is that the battery circuit is integral in the battery and this is what I wanted, the circuitry. Being denied my own property is unethical and I cannot endorse ubreakifix for that action. I was not shown their repair policy. However my 3 stars is because they were able to do the battery change in the time that was promised. In retrospect I should have held my ground.
