Beware of shady practices. I came in to get my charger port replaced… simple enough. When I returned, the phone was charging, but the screen looked completely different. Leo claimed he replaced it because of a “green line,” but my screen was perfectly fine when I dropped it off. After multiple back-and-forth conversations, a kind young woman finally told me the truth: Leo had broken my screen while removing it and replaced it with an aftermarket screen without telling me. Instead of being honest, he lied and tried to cover it up. Eventually, after more frustration, my screen was replaced with an Apple Original, confirmed via Apple configuration. Still, neither Leo nor the owner offered an apology. I’m thankful for the young woman who was kind, honest, and helpful throughout the ordeal. But overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
