Ok, I don't do reviews when I first walk out of the store. I'll click on the appropriate amount of stars for what I've experienced visiting the store. The store staff was knowledgeable enough to know I picked up the wrong size case at first and pointed me to right one. So no complaints there. Now, on to the case. Be warned, the black metal in the center, guess it's there as a finger grip when typing, blocks wireless charging. Other than that, it's a sturdy case.

Walked in and needed a case for a Samsung Note 9 that my mother-in-law has been going into the Mulberry store for over a month asking for. Mulberry store told her to give them $5 and they would have it the next day. She gave them $5 and they never got her the case. The employees at this store pulled out a bag with about 15 different Note 9 cases, explained each one to her, and charged her a cheaper price than the Mulberry Walmart would have. Plus, they were very nice and considerate of my mother-in-law's needs!
