My son’s phone stopped working and they were able to diagnose the issue and make the repair. The price was fair and the customer service was excellent. I had an additional repair made to the camera and it was reasonably priced. I highly recommend getting your phone fixed here.

I brought my iPhone in to have the cracked screen replaced, but unfortunately the repair created several new issues. After the service my phone began overheating, the battery would not hold a charge, the bottom of the screen stopped responding to swipes, and the top of the screen displayed green striped lines. The shop explained that overheating can happen with aftermarket screens. I went back and showed them the problems and they fixed it for free about eight days after the original repair. I wanted to share my experience so others are aware of what I encountered and can make an informed decision before choosing this shop.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any business or employee. It started when I was told there were two repair options: one with a warranty and one without. I was warned that the cheaper repair sometimes causes problems in 3 to 5 days, but reassured that it was rare. I asked directly if my phone would be fine, and I was told yes—so I went with that option. But after the repair, suddenly the employee tells me, "I don’t know if it’s going to work for sure without the warranty." He also told me the warranty didn’t actually mean they'd fix it—it just meant the materials were better. So basically I was misled into choosing an option that was more likely to fail. Huge red flag. Then comes red flag #2: The price mysteriously increased. I was originally told $120, but ended up being charged $160. Sure enough, not even 5 hours later, my phone started glitching and the screen would go black for 10 seconds at a time. I called and complained, and the employee offered to reinstall my old screen. I drove all the way back—just to be told he talked to his boss and could no longer do it. When I asked to speak to someone else, he argued with me, was rude, and even used profanity. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. TL;DR: I was misled, overcharged, and disrespected—then left with a worse phone than I started with. 0/10 experience. Do not go here
