I had a great experience at iFixandRepair inside the Tampa Walmart! The staff was friendly, professional, and fixed my phone quickly. Prices were fair, and the quality of the repair was excellent. Highly recommend them for anyone needing fast and reliable tech repairs!

We were traveling from out of town and in a pinch purchased a charging cable from a gas station. The charging cable ended up almost frying my partner's phone and we took it to Ifixandrepair to see if they could fix it. Turns out the phone wasn't completely done and just needed a better cable. Ifixandrepair didn't try to charge us to fix the port or battery since the phone didn't need it. We appreciated their honesty , integrity, and knowledge so much, we decided to buy the new better quality charger from them and some other accessories anyway. Great, fast, and friendly service! I recommend them for sure. Thanks again! <3

Awful Experience – Stay Away! āā˜†ā˜†ā˜†ā˜† I brought my Samsung S22 Ultra to Ifixandrepair inside Walmart on Bruce B. Downs, New Tampa to replace my screen. At first, they quoted me a set price of $150 cash, out the door. I agreed. The first tech couldn’t complete the job because he had the wrong screen. Instead of admitting their mistake, he tried to blame me—claiming that I gave him the wrong information about my own phone. I asked him to at least put my old screen back on, which he did, but when I left my phone was only at 6% battery. The moment I got into my car, it completely died and wouldn’t charge. I came back the next morning and dealt with another tech named Nur, who was extremely rude. I simply asked him to get my phone to charge, and he dismissed me saying my phone was ā€œalready brokenā€ and that they didn’t do anything to it. On top of that, he tried to charge me extra just to look at the phone and said the first guy gave me the wrong price—now he wanted to charge me more for the same repair. He put in the screen anyway and it still didn’t work. Then he realized the first tech hadn’t even connected the charging port cable. At that point, I told him I didn’t want to deal with them anymore and to put my old screen back so I could take my business elsewhere. He refused unless I paid him $60, and basically forced me into going with his replacement screen—adding an extra $11 on top of the original $150. So instead of a professional repair at the agreed price, I got: Rude customer service. Blame for their own mistakes. A disconnected charging port that left my phone dead. Extra charges added after we already agreed on a price. Pressure and manipulation to pay more than promised. This was by far the worst repair shop experience I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. Save yourself the stress and take your phone somewhere else where they actually know what they’re doing and respect their customers.
