Brought my laptop in on Sept 12 for charging issues. Was told 2 days, $100. Two days later, the price jumped to $150 and it still wasn’t ready. Every call or visit brought new excuses and lies—there was zero communication, every update I had to chase myself. After nearly 2 weeks, I was told it was “fixed.” When I showed up, they tried to make me pay before proving it worked. I refused and asked to see it first—sure enough, it still didn’t work. They claimed to replace “jumpers” and “resolder” it, which makes no sense. Bottom line: wasted time, money, and patience. If I could leave zero stars I would, but the lowest I can give is one. Don’t waste your time, money, or effort with this place trying to get something fixed—it won’t get fixed.
