Customer experiences
Run by native born Americans who speak English as a first language. I dropped my phone off on lunch break from Publix and came by after work, he did everything under the sun to determine what was wrong, him and 3 others (Apple support metro and T-Mobile) couldn’t figure it out? He dint even ask for money but I paid him anyway because he determined my phone issues were a true mystery so I bought him lunch. I will never go to another phone repair store because he was beyond honest and knowledgeable, I’m not even mad, what he said made sense and explained it clearly in layman’s terms. If you want someone who is from your neighborhood and not H1b I would recommend
I could not be happier with I Fix A Phone. My ancient Samsung S10's charging port hadn't worked in years (so I'd been using wireless charging) but I needed the port fixed for data transfer via USB cable. The chap at the shop was polite, pro-active, professional, kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. He fixed my phone and I could not be happier with the customer service. Thank you!
A water bottle in my tote bag leaked and my laptop ended up sitting in water for about an hour. As soon as I realized what happened, I dropped it off at I Fix A Phone. I thought for sure the laptop was a total loss, but three days later, they had it up and running, and it only cost me $150. Great work at a very reasonable fee. I would definitely recommend them.
Very thoughtful owners and employees but am dissatisfied with the service and compensation I received. Came in to get my iPhone 8 plus screen fixed. It was fixed within the hour, charged 100 dollars plus tax. Less than a week later I noticed that the screen would make a noise when I would press on it in different places. A few days after that the screen started to separate from the phone itself. I called the store and was told I would receive a response back regarding a refund for a faulty replacement but it became a 2 week exchange in communication waiting to hear back from the owner. They offered to fix my phone for free if I could send it back but I don't have a backup phone to use while mine is gone. I am also from out of state so I couldn't bring my phone back to the store itself. They only gave me half a refund back ($50) which I will use to cover the cost for a new replacement since my phone is not usable whatsoever with the service I have received from them. For their service that made my phone completely unusable, I would have appreciated a full refund. I would recommend going somewhere else that has a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
