I went here a couple of months ago to have my iPad screen replaced. It was worth it because if I wanted to buy a new iPad, it would’ve been more money, but more than that I would have to upload everything, etc. what a pain I just did that with my iPhone. I have to say I use a lot of the local businesses around here and this business is definitely one of the more professional, accommodating, and honest businesses in the area. I met Joe, who fix the screen? It was absolutely beautiful. I wanted to wait a couple of months for the review because I wanted to see how everything electronically would work and it’s perfect. Not only that, but Joe was honest and when I told him that I wanted to buy a keyboard that fit in the case and a protection case, he said it’s so happens that they are running a special if you spend over $200 which I did it was like $238.that there is a promotion by hot life, for a protective cover along with a wireless keyboard. I was definitely impressed, I will be sending everybody here that I know that has any repairs, etc., on their computers. I work two places of business in the area, a hospital and University .Thank you again, Joe, and also, thank you for the follow up call which I received about three weeks later asking about if the service was good. I had a Manager call and ask if everything had been satisfactory. I would say it is hundred percent satisfactory.

I see numerous 5 star reviews for this store. But my experience was much different. I opened a repair ticket online to replace a battery and a cracked screen. Their website says same day repairs and that they carry most parts on hand so there is usually no waiting. I booked an appointment, received no quote and no communication except for an auto-email confirming my appointment. So I go in and they don't have the parts on hand, so I have to wait about a week. That would have been fine but when I went to pay the $240 bill, the associate asked if it would be credit or debit. I had a debit card that I wanted to process as credit. But he tells me that they charge 3% for that. I said, yes, you as the merchant are charged for credit card processing fees, but he apparently thought I was stupid, and disagreed. I went to pay and tried to process the payment as credit but the device would not allow me. Right then and there my instinct told me to get the heck out of there. So I did, and went to a competitor, who quoted me a price of $180 for the exact same service. I should mention that their website also states, "lowest price guaranteed." As a much better alternative, I recommend driving down the road for a few minutes and visit their competitor that I'm about to write a wonderful review for.

Adam is the most wonderful and honest businessman I’ve ever met. I highly recommend this shop. They are fabulous and I can’t say enough good about them. This place is absolutely amazing… Honest and fair!
