My Ford Mercury shut down on me late Thursday night and I came across this business on Google (surprised they were open as I work overnight) and I am highly impressed and pleased. I was stranded and stuck and Joel came out and got me up and running!!! When says he fix anything means it! Highly recommend !!

Omg!!!! This man is AMAZING!!! It was a last minute emergency fix that I needed and he handled it immediately. Free case and chain came with the service. I wasn’t even expecting it. He saved my little girls birthday. Can’t thank him enough. He’s also a mobile service so he came to us!

Honestly, this was one of the best repair experiences I’ve ever had. I hit him up super late at night and he actually came around 12 AM to fix my phone. He got the job done quick, but also noticed my phone had another issue causing it to overheat. The next morning, he gave me the piece I was missing for free, and even threw in a phone case. That type of customer care is rare these days. You can tell he’s been doing this for years (14+!) because the professionalism and knowledge really shows. Definitely someone I trust and will recommend to anybody needing their phone fixed. Great service, great energy, and overall just a solid business person
