I had chosen a photography company (not IG Media Production & Planning) for a product photoshoot…I got cancelled the day of the 2nd photoshoot with the request to increase the cost as it took more than expected (3hrs). I was glad I got cancelled as that’s how I found IG (Itania Garden). Since I was exposed to another photographer, when I talked to IG, I could tell that they had rich experience in this line of work (not saying that the other one completely did not). I sent them the same scope, and they gave me a more realistic timeline to shoot (1day) than the other one (3hrs). They were attentive and listened to my vision/ideas. They also shared some great ideas. They were able to shoot within 1 week of the first conversation. On the day of the shoot, I was amazed by how much equipment they had. If I remember it correctly, I had at least 3 flash/lightning and at least 5 stands which I can’t remember or don’t know what they were for. The team that did the photoshoot was a happy/silly couple. They worked great together and cared for each other. The director paid attention to every little detail and is a perfectionist. Want to get things done right. We had one inside and outside photoshoot. The outside photoshoot was fun, but it was super hot (105+ F). That didn’t make them rush through things to get things over with. They tried their best to get the best pictures/videos possible. We had a lot of fun! Their processing time was super quick as well…it was within a day for pictures and the video was within 2 days. They told me they were one of the fastest editors in town in our first conversation, and yes they proved it. It was true! Great work ethics, high and quick quality work. Will use them again!!
