Maybe Montana shouldn’t have such an attitude when asked for a measurement just because I questioned the size she got. I have worked for Victoria secret/sears lingerie and la senza for 15 years and understand bra sizing. I asked for a quick measurement as I’ve lost a ton of weight and let her know that I have had a breast reduction. She flat out told me I was wrong in my sizing and said I was wearing the wrong size. I said yes I know I’m wearing the wrong size as the band is going up my back and I have gapping in the cup even when rightening my strap. When she brought me into the fitting room she then told the associate there that I wanted to try a certain size even though she got me at a different size. I explained to the fitting room associate that I believe a 30 band would be a better fit but if I could try a 30DDD even though I know I’m more likely to be an H. I’m just honestly annoyed with how I was treated mostly by Montana when she was telling me she’s been doing this a long time. Honestly feel like next time she should put the ego away and actually listen to her customers. It’s okay for them to have opinion over their own body. A little more grace next time.

Kirsten and Clarissa are amazing! I came in for a quick check-out with a few items, and Kirsten really stood out. She could have just scanned my items and rushed through it to get it over with — but instead, she genuinely took the time to help. She asked if I wanted to take advantage of any current deals and made sure I knew that instead of spending $80 on 5 items, I could get 10 for $55. That kind of care matters. Clarissa was also incredibly kind and patient. She had such a warm and friendly energy that made the whole experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and wants them to feel comfortable. When I’ve shopped at other underwear stores in the past, I often felt like the staff didn’t care much about why I was there or what I was choosing. Maybe it’s because I don’t look my age — who knows. But here, it was different. Both Kirsten and Clarissa made me feel seen, respected, and valued. It was a really refreshing experience. Thank you both for the great service!

What an excellent shopping experience! From the minute I walked in the door I was immediately greeted and then was escorted to someone who could assist me further. The change room associates were fantastic, from determining size to finding the perfect style and fit for you. The bells inside the change room to request additional assistance make it super convenient to reach the associates. Products were beautiful and the selection of styles and colors was impressive.

I had the best customer service at Victoria Secret Mapleview Mall in Burlington. Was fitted for a new bra by Hayley and then was assisted by Montana. They were helpful, professional and understood my needs. If you need a bra fitting don’t hesitate to go to this location. The other staff were busy with customers and were helpful with their questions.The check out was fast and the staff member was helpful and friendly. Thank you for an excellent shopping experience!
