Mohammed MiahI experienced the worst experience of my life at this salon. I showed the hairdresser a reference photo of the style I wanted and even asked if my hair was suitable for it. He assured me he could do it. However, after the cut, he only showed me the back of my head for a couple of seconds and seemed hesitant to let me properly inspect it. When I insisted on taking a closer look, I noticed visible lines, patchiness, and an overall poor job that completely ruined my hair. I told him I was not willing to pay for such a disastrous cut, but he dismissed my concerns, claiming he had 25 years of experience and knew what a good haircut looked like. He then walked away, leaving me to deal with the receptionist. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she accused me of trying to get a free haircut, which was incredibly upsetting. I expected some level of understanding, but instead, I was met with gaslighting and pressure to pay for something that was clearly subpar. After going home, my family confirmed how bad the haircut was, and I decided to return and ask for a refund. Unfortunately, the staff showed no concern and offered no solution. They even spoke in a language I couldn’t understand, which felt disrespectful and dismissive. In the end, I had to spend a significant amount of money trying to fix my hair, but the damage was so bad that it’s still not right. This experience has left me feeling extremely upset and disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values professionalism, honesty, and quality service. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
