**UPDATE (originally a 1-star, now a 2-star review): After posting my initial review, the boutique reached out and helped facilitate a return, and I did receive a refund. While I appreciate that things were ultimately resolved, their communication definitely needs improvement. Customers shouldn’t have to leave a negative review just to get a response. Original Review: The most pathetic excuse for “Customer Service” I’ve ever encountered. After placing an order through their website, I attempted to make a return and reached out through every possible channel. Two separate return email addresses, direct messages on Instagram and Facebook, and even public comments on their social media. Crickets. Not one single response. Their silence is more than unprofessional, it’s cowardly. A company that hides from its customers the moment there’s an issue has no business calling itself a “boutique” or pretending to be customer-focused. It’s clear they’re happy to take your money, but the second you need assistance, you might as well be shouting into a void. If this is how they operate, it’s only a matter of time before they lose every last customer. Do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else.

Illie and co is officially my FAVORITE place to shop, all of the women there are so kind and knowledgeable. Amber has an amazing eye for all things fashion and chose the dress and coat below for me! I can’t wait to bulk up my winter and work out essentials at Illie and co. 😍

If you’re near Ankeny, you no longer need to drive out to Von Maur! The brands here are SO GOOD! The clothes are so stylish & fantastic quality! I’ll never need to shop elsewhere again!
