I hired Illini Garage Door Service to replace a broken spring on my two car garage door. Christopher arrived well prepared. It was clear this is something he’s done multiple times over many many years. I really appreciate being able to tap into this kind of experience. Changing a spring on a garage door is not recommended by an amateur as a DIY. It definitely can result in serious injury. Google it! I originally called for belt drive replacement but was advised to do a complete replacement for the opener. Cost was a bit more but having everything new plus WiFi, keypad entry, new sensors, 2 remotes, and new wall control. Chris was prompt and professional. Explained everything… great service!

I’m genuinely disappointed that I spoke with two technicians. The first said he’d call back if he could fit me in and that didn’t happen, he never reached out again. The second technician called and gave me two dates he would call and come out and nothing ever happened. As a repeat customer I’m disappointed. We even have there promo card and number affixed to our openers. Still have a broken door but guess I need to give up and find a new company. Traditionally they did good work not sure what’s going on now.
