Attempted to get assistance with transferring insurance to another vehicle as an existing client and the service I received was very unprofessional. The first time I called the representative connected me to sales and the call was disconnected. The second time I called and pressed 1 for sales the call was disconnected again. The third time I called my call was forwarded directly to voicemail. After calling from a different phone number I finally reached the original representative again; and she was aware that there were no sales representatives available after transferring me to them. Obviously not wanting to assist, she took the VIN numbers that I had (which could’ve been done at the start of the call) and informed me that she would call back with quotes. I received an extremely RUSHED call back 2 minutes before they closed informing me of only one of the two quotes that I requested. Please hire people that actually want to work.

Christina did a very good job in handling my affairs today. She is a wonderful manager and I appreciate what she did for me. She made me feel like I was family. Tiffany is the absolute Best! She is the one who did my policy years ago. Sandra helped me out with my daughter's policy today and she is Wonderful! I appreciate the hard work these ladies do to get their customers the best possible rate.
