I honestly hate going to the doctor, and I was skeptical about trying chiropractic care at first. But, I figured "why not" and went to Illinois Spinal Care. I'm a 23F and work from home a lot, so my posture is not the best. I was unsure if my back and shoulder pain would go away. From the moment I did my initial visit, I knew I made the right choice. They all knew what troubled me with my back and shoulder, and they did everything they can to educate me about the process along the way. They taught me posture exercises, and I'll tell you that it doesn't feel like a chore to do them. I hate doctor visits, but I genuinely look forward to my appointments here. You will not be sorry when you become a client. Everyone is excellent and yes I mean excellent. My husband has been going to them for years and now myself. My neck was out of wack and in pain. Now after I feel a couple months. No pain and happy!!! Now maintenance once a month. Do not hesitate. You can even bring some garden left overs. Dr Travis likes veggies.
