I honestly hate going to the doctor, and I was skeptical about trying chiropractic care at first. But, I figured "why not" and went to Illinois Spinal Care. I'm a 23F and work from home a lot, so my posture is not the best. I was unsure if my back and shoulder pain would go away. From the moment I did my initial visit, I knew I made the right choice. The staff were super kind and welcoming, so that alone was a green flag for me. Every doctor I've worked with were super flexible and informative. They all knew what troubled me with my back and shoulder, and they did everything they can to educate me about the process along the way. As someone who loves to understand and know the details, they were super detail-oriented on the process. They taught me posture exercises, and I'll tell you that it doesn't feel like a chore to do them. I hate doctor visits, but I genuinely look forward to my appointments here. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, going beyond the typical doctor-patient relationship. This is my testament to why you choose this office for chiropractic care :)

You will not be sorry when you become a client. Everyone is excellent and yes I mean excellent. My husband has been going to them for years and now myself. My neck was out of wack and in pain. Now after I feel a couple months. No pain and happy!!! Now maintenance once a month. Do not hesitate. You can even bring some garden left overs. Dr Travis likes veggies.

I was skeptical to ever see a chiropractor. Until I finally told myself I couldn’t deal with these constant headaches, pains, tightness and more. I took the leap to listen to a fellow friend Dr Chris Robert out of Vegas in Chiro. Highly recommended Dr Boyd to me and scheduled my first appointment last year. I can say it’s been amazing and have learned about my body through entire process. I then transitioned over to Dr. Redinger and Dr. Bertke last week. They have made this a very smooth transition going over the new plan of care and important X-Rays. Looking forward to continuing to learn about this process and learning from them. They truly considered my feedback and are working closely to better my anatomy. Let’s talk about the customer service all around. Exceptional from intake to front staff to the ownership. Out of the year and a half that I have been coming here, did I ever receive a courtesy call from the doctors following up on how I was feeling. Was in for an adjustment today. Couple hours later received a call from Dr. Redinger. He was simply calling to see how I was feeling and doing after the adjustment today. This is the type of people you want to stay in touch with and Highly Recommend! I truly appreciated him going above and beyond.
