I don’t understand how a business can be run this way. My shipment was lost, and instead of helping, I was told we don't do that, we don't look into the whereabout of your shipment. One company claimed it was delivered to their dock, while another insisted it wasn't delivered to them. It was a frustrating conversation, and I don’t understand how you can work in customer service and not actually provide service. Thankfully, Tenessi eventually stepped in and provided real assistance.

I was absolutely impressed by the service! Was greeted at the door by very friendly staff and taken care of in a very timely manner. Was just picking up a package for a friend, but I still think a good effort should be rewarded! Unfortunately it's getting so rare nowadays. Keep up the good work!!!

Poor Service! I hope Costco finds another company to provide delivery for online orders. They scheduled a washer to be delivered, I confirmed. On the day of delivery, they called to say they can't find my order. They said, they'll prioritize first thing when the dispatcher is back after the long weekend and that they'll call me. Waited, but didn't receive a call. I followed up then they said that the product is there but they can't deliver right away because they're fully book for the week and they can't confirm when they could deliver. I cannot wait for another week or two! We need to wash our clothes! Costco provides the best service for its members, it's companies like Jay's that messes them up.
