On October 20, 2025, I went to the store to buy a jacket, but they didn’t have my size. The staff suggested ordering online and assured me that I would receive it within 2 days because I had an event on October 25, 2025. I trusted them and waited, but it has been a week and I still haven’t received the item. I am very disappointed that their promise was not kept. If the store doesn’t have the item, they should inform customers honestly instead of giving false expectations. I could have gone to another store, but I trusted the reputation of this store and waited. I hope the store improves its service and keeps its promises to customers.

I've been here once and the lady that served me was very professional and pleasant. She went to retrieved the last item off a mannequin for me to try on without any fuss. She treated me with respect and patience. So different from my experience with Babaton!

The manager Sarah at this location was so incredible. She went above and beyond to help me find a dress for my convocation. I could tell she was insanely busy but she still made me feel like I was a priority and exceeded my expectations. If you ever come here make sure you ask for Sarah, she will make sure you get what you need!
