Katie H. is the PERFECT partner for creating your European vacation get-away. From the start, Katie helped us narrow down our destination and put together an amazing 10-day package. She listened to what we wanted, understood our needs, and made suggestions on what we most like to do, all while honoring the budget we had. There wasn't a bad day! She even found us an e-bike tour, not something she had ever done before, and it was amazing! Katie makes sure you feel prepared, from prep-meetings to great communication to dropping off a folder with print-outs of everything you need, to being responsive via text, phone call and the travel app. She was available before and during our vacation. When we arrived in England, I realized I forgot to pack a prescription medication and Katie even helped me come up with a solution! You will not regret using her for her next get-away. With the internet, it feels like it should be easy to plan your own vacation, but I quickly realized the VALUE that someone like Katie brings to the table, especially when you're traveling overseas to a new country where you've never been. I am SO glad our paths have crossed and will definitely use Katie again.

Katie was an absolute joy to work with. She was available, accommodating, organized, and most of all, excited!! She was able to work around our crazy busy schedules to help us plan the most amazing honeymoon. Her advice and guidance is the main reason we had a seamless, stress-free trip, and we couldn't be more grateful. And... she didn't break the bank. This is a big deal when you're newlyweds and already spending money on a wedding and the honeymoon itself. Katie took on all of the work of planning this trip, and she handled it perfectly. Even for the few small tasks we had to do ourselves, she gave us specific instructions on how to complete those tasks efficiently and correctly. She was quickly responsive to the few questions we had while away, and she checked in on us before and after the trip. We could not have done this without Katie's help, and after all... Isn't that the whole point of everyone having their own special talents in this world?! Where would we be if we didn't have Katie's strengths to help us out in one of the most stressful seasons of my husband and I's life? We're very lucky to have had the amazing, celebratory, relaxing vacation that we did, all thanks to Katie. Yay, Imagine Travel!!! Thanks again!

Katie was responsive, always extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. The resort Katie helped to select was PERFECT for what our group had envisioned and requested.
