» Customer Experiences:
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Nicholas and Ashley for their exceptional work in handling the closing of our mortgage. Their professionalism, patience, and diligence in navigating any complexities and ensuring everything was in order for the final signing made a world of difference. We are so relieved and grateful to have had their support throughout this process.
Patricia and Anu were my legal team at pace law . They bent over backwards to help me my case. Everything i needed in regards to treatment they got for me. They are amazing people to have worked my case and I will refer everyone to see these people. I am very happy with my settlement. They are amazing people.
We worked with Nicholas Cutaia & Ashley Spicer for the closing of our first home and did not have a very pleasant experience. Firstly, I had to follow up multiple times to receive answers to my inquiries. Ashley never pick ups her phone and never calls you back. Secondly, Nicholas forgot what type of application I had to submit and requested documents that were irrelevant to my case. When we finally got on the same page and I submitted the requested documents, they said they never received it and I had to re-submit it about 5 times before they realized it had already been received. Thirdly, Nicholas did not do his due diligence when taking the handover from the sellers lawyer regarding the property tax payments. Once I got the keys and followed up with him and Ashley to confirm when my installment was due and what the amount was. They told me to call The City to confirm. I called the City and spoke to other home owners and they all informed me that this information should come from your lawyer and no one else can help you. After weeks of following up for the right information. Nicholas finally calls me and tells me to divide the remaining tax amount for year by 6 months and make a payment. I did that and when I eventually got my property tax bill, I realized he did not know what he was talking about and just gave me the wrong information to get me to go away. I ended up having to pay interest and penalties for the late payment. I did send him an email to let him know and he did no bother to reply. I think these things are just very basic things any good lawyer would have covered. I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere next time.
