In my experience, this service felt significantly overpriced. It seems to be one of those businesses that puts a lot of effort into marketing, but unfortunately, the actual services provided didn’t quite live up to the expectations set. Yes, they do offer translations, housing assistance, and language support—along with access to legal services—which can be helpful. However, these are fairly standard offerings, and the value didn’t feel proportionate to the cost. Ultimately, it feels like the company gains more from customer visibility and exposure than from delivering truly exceptional service.
