I paid for a £10 wash and wax today. The attendant was impatient with me while I was looking at the menu of washes. He was shouting instructions at me which I could not hear over the noise of the car wash. He made faces at me as if I were an idiot and pointed at his eyes and my eyes repeatedly. he spoke to me an extremely disrespectful manner and asked me if I could speak English . I noticed that the car wash treatment I had today was much shorter than on previous occasions when I had used the car wash. Admittedly the car wash was previously under a different management or certainly had a different name. I was quite shaken as I drove out and felt upset while I was driving home. When I got home I noticed that there were fingerprints all over the car and a white residue in places. There was also A substantial amount of dirt on the hubcaps. So basically I paid £10 to have a very inferior car wash and to be insulted and upset. I telephoned the company. There was no one to take my call . I left a message and my telephone number. To date no one has rung me back to apologise, offer a refund or a re wash. I am afraid I will not be using this establishment again And I would not recommend this company.
Car not always washed clean perfectly. Only 1 star because the service attendant man's attitude appalling.Has been off - more than once. Accused me once for keeping my foot on the break stopping the machine when I didn't! Rolled his eyes when I asked for 1 of the cheaper washes. Change your attitude mate your putting people off returning!!
5 star for the car wash definitely no problem there.But the guy working there is rude ignorant and aggressive.Very hard to understand he maybe doesn’t know much English.Tried telling me not to put hand brake on when it was off.Then opened my passenger side door and started shouting.My wife has had issues with him aswell so I won’t be back.After hearing other reviews why is this guy still working there.
