Went to get sized up for a new knee brace and this location was close to me and had great reviews so i decided to try it out and glad i did. Set up an appointment with Dan at the Barrie location who was on time and took time to explain to me all about my condition and what needs to be done to help correct it and showed and explained to me the brace i will require. I asked him about orthotics for my shoes and again explained everything in detail and measured my feet for proper fit. Once completed he left me with his receptionist who prepared an estimate for me to send off to my insurance provider. I must say this place is run very professional and as a customer you are greeted upon arrival and everything is explained to you perfectly with no selling pressure or expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend MyoDynamic as they provide excellent Customer Service.

It's only been my third appointment with Matt Spencer in his less than a month working at MyoDynamic and he really has done some magic on making both my shoulders and lower back feel a lot better. Three outstanding experiences out of three appointments with Matt, who really seem like a very pleasant individual. Already booked a lot of next and upcoming appointments. Josh is very nice, polite and very helpful, as my son is seeing him for concussion therapy. Josh is very knowledgeable about the condition and what to do to help the healing process.
