hi, i bought a 3 bhk flat in Rohaan's Ashoka apartments, Medavakkam, when we saw the flat it was almost ready to move in and only few flats are left, so i could easily decide to go forward or not, because some builders ( even prominent) will not allow the buyer to visit the site nor even they will not listen to any alterations inside the flat, so the buyer will not able to identify/satisfy with the quality of the building. on all the Rohaan's project from the beginning till finish the buyer is allowed to the site and whatever possible alteration inside the building within the agreed cost they will do. Rohaan construction office having a very good team and all are experienced. i would like to appreciate especially the Site Engineer Mr Umasankar, office staff Mrs Chitra , in Sales Mr Vikram, Document processing head Mr Ramesh, and of course the owner Mr Subramaniam, really Gem of person.
