10/10 would recommend. This was my first time at Balancing Touch Massage and it was quite a refreshing experience compared to other massages we've received in the area. The office could use some work but the massages themselves were great!

I arrived for an appointment I thought I had scheduled to find Theresa there doing paperwork. Apparently I had not completed the booking process (oops!). She graciously offered to do the 75 minute massage I was anticipating and it was great!! Theresa was so calm, and yet strong for good pressure. I also love that this place offers a choice from numerous essential oil scents to enhance the experience, that they have the softest linens and nice spa music. From the outside, one would not expect this type of experience, as they're co-located with an insurance agency in an old building. A gem in the south metro, for sure!

Went in for a massage this last week. There was another massage in session so I was given the room right off the reception area, which is fine but the other empolyee working was in the reception area banging filing cabinet doors and making alot of noise for a good 30 minutes of my session.. not very relaxing at all. Then my therapist (for the 2nd masaage in a row) used hot rocks, fanstastic- love them but not a fan of the loud clinking of rocks and with the tin lid on the warmer.. I've gotten tons of massages at multiple places, and I have to say my last 2 times here were the absolute worst, absolutely no consideration for the massage in session. Please find a more suitable, quiet way of using the hot stones, I know from experience there are other techniques... I really thought the first time was maybe a bad day, and I like to support our local small businesses, so I came back, nope- same things going on but worse. I've never been so anxious during a massage. I told the therapist after, and she apologized and seemed to be receptive, then offering a $5 discount off my total of $140- almost a smack in the face.. would have been better off not offering a measly 3% discount. Be better. Do better.

Went as a new customer for Theresa, and has an amazing massage. She was so friendly and communicative during the whole service. I will defiantly be coming back!
