IMPACT Physical Therapy & Sports Recovery - South Loop

I came in with a lower back injury from deadlifting at the gym and was taking muscle relaxers and anti inflammatory meds just to function at 50%. After working with Courtney Anderson PT and her team for 2 weeks I was off the medicine daily and after 4 weeks I felt back to about 90%. Fast forward to week 7 I’m now feeling like my old self again and happy to say no pain or medicine! I’m even progressing back to adding weights now on the thing that injured me. I’m so grateful to Courtney and the team at IMPACT! They’re all so welcoming and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who inquires about PT. Thank you Judelisa and Brandon (pt techs) for being such a huge help and support in pushing me to get better. I’m so happy I found this place.

Fantastic service and very friendly staff. I went in with nerve damage to my shoulder and pain in my neck and back. After two tune up sessions, one from Deja and the other from Alyssa I was mesmerised with the results. In two days I went from 8/10 pain to a 3 and finally capable of sleeping again. Thank you so much for your help and professionalism. I highly recommend using impact physical therapy.

Working with the therapists at IMPACT has been amazing. They assess the situation and listen to my questions. They answer them thoroughly and give practical home exercise exercises to help the recovery process. Beth has been fantastic and upfront about the recovery process, length of time it will take and going me reasonable exercises and tweaks to my exercise routine so that I don’t have to stop completely.
