Decent folks. Good service. Good communication. I wouldn’t say they’d go above and beyond. I’m a previous Ontario resident, and my doctor is still there, so there was a lot of coordination I had to do to get the appropriate documents. And this office was refusing to coordinate it themselves, maybe they’re very busy. Regardless I’d suggest them for a local pharmacy that will give you a great experience if there’s no hick ups.

I’ve been visiting this pharmacy for a while, and I’m always impressed by the exceptional service and the friendly staff. Unlike large, well-known pharmacies, where pharmacists can be unfriendly and make you wait in long lines, at Imperial Pharmacy I get quick and warm service every time. I always leave with great service and in a good mood. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and the fact that they always take the time to make sure I have the right medications. It's a reliable and trusted place, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of pharmacy services!
